Daniel P. McCarthy

Daniel McCarthy is an Associate in Cooley Manion Jones LLP's Complex and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. McCarthy focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, toxic torts, professional liability, products liability, business and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Cooley Manion Jones, he was an associate with a large regional law firm, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Mr. McCarthy is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Mr. McCarthy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, (B.A.) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude) where he was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.
