Significant Representations

· Represented developers in transactions including the acquisition and sale of shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use projects.

· Represented developer in the assemblage of property through the transfer of LLC membership interests, the fee simple purchase of adjacent property and a land swap acquisition and disposition with the local municipality.

· Represented condominium developers in condominium construction and conversion projects. Representation included the preparation of condominium documents for state approval and the closing of condominium units with individual purchasers.

· Represented single-family home developers in the acquisition and development of multiple single-family home projects, including the preparation of association documents, purchase and sale contracts and related documentation.
