Danny McKeithen guides his clients in federal tax planning and controversies. He concentrates on corporate income tax issues connected with both taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, liquidations and spin-offs and other distributions.
Danny works extensively with the rules concerning the carryover and utilization of net operating losses and other tax attributes, the special tax rules applicable to bankruptcy and out-of-court workout situations and the complicated issues that arise in transactions among affiliated and related parties.
