Daniel Morris concentrates his practice in general litigation matters.
While in law school, Mr. Morris was the Research Editor of Volume 40 of the Rutgers Law Journal. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as a teaching and research assistant for Professor Damon Y. Smith.
Mr. Morris completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Villanova University, where he earned a BA and MA in Political Science. He worked with Dr. Robert Langran and contributed two chapters that were published in the textbook You Decide!: Controversial Cases in American Politics.
Community Service & Affiliations
Mr. Morris is involved in several professional and recreational organizations. He is a member of the Federalist Society, and a mentor with the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He serves as a committee member of the Philadelphia Mountain Biking Association, a local chapter of the International Mountain Bicycling Association. He is also a member of the Friends of the Wissahickon.
