Dan Rodman's practice is concentrated in product liability and commercial litigation, with principal emphasis on defending automobile manufacturers in catastrophic injury cases as well as defending companies involved in complex commercial and insurance litigation in California and Nevada.

· Mansur v. Ford Motor Company - Rollover of Ford Explorer resulting in death to belted occupant with claims of defective stability, roof and seatbelts. Defense verdict following 10-week trial.
· Pillado v. Ford Motor Company - Rollover of Ford Aerostar van resulting in spinal cord injuries. Defense against claims of defective suspension and roof. Defense verdict following over 5-month trial.
· Belen v. Ford Motor Company - Rollover of Ford Aerostar van resulting in ejections and deaths of four belted occupants. Defense against claims of defective seatbelts and sliding side door.
· Pansacola v. Malaysian Airlines - Defense of wrongful termination and sexual harassment claims against airline supervisor.
· Cory v. Ford Motor Company - Rollover of Ford LTD resulting in quadriplegia to faultless, belted occupant. Defense against claim of defective roof. Defense verdict following over 3-month trial. Recognized as "Top 10 Defense Verdict of 2005" by the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journals.
· Gambill v. Ford Motor Company - Defense against claim of defective seat in Ford Explorer. Unanimous defense verdict following 2-week trial.
· Gozukara v. Ford Motor Company - Rollover of Ford Explorer resulting in paraplegia. Defense against claims of defective vehicle handling and stability. Defense verdict following 3+ month trial.
· Deluca v. Ford Motor Company - Defense against claim of defective brakes in Mercury Mountaineer. Directed verdict granted at close of Plaintiff's case.
· Kocinski v. Bell Motorcycle Europe - Defense against claim of breach of sponsorship contact brought by professional motorcycle racer. Defense verdict following 4-week trial.
