Daniel L. Weiss is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Los Angeles office. He currently practices in the firm's Litigation Department.
Mr. Weiss served as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Riverside, from 2005 to 2006. He earned a law degree in 2005 from the University of Southern California, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Notes Editor of the Southern California Law Review, which published his note, "California Inequitable Parole System: A Proposal to Reestablish Fairness." He graduated magna cum laude in 2002 from the University of Arizona with a B.S. degree in Marketing.
Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
