Daniella Einik focuses her practice in the areas of environmental health and safety. She advises and counsels clients on a wide variety of environmental compliance and regulatory matters, including plant decommissionings, federal Clean Air Act motor vehicle regulations, and compliance with CERCLA and state hazardous substance discharge laws. Daniella also has experience aiding corporate insurance policyholders in pursuing insurance claims with a focus on environmental claims. In addition, she maintains an active litigation practice involving the Clean Air Act, climate change, and other environmental matters.
Daniella also actively participates in a number of pro bono activities. She has experience representing individuals in social security disability benefits and shelter rights cases as a volunteer for the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless. She also regularly volunteers with the D.C. Bar Association's Landlord Tenant Resource Center advising both landlords and tenants on their rights under law in the District of Columbia.
