Danielle Cunningham is an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP where she practices in the firm's Finance, Insolvency, and Restructuring Department.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Ms. Cunningham was a summer associate for 2007 and 2008 in the firm's Indianapolis office. As a summer associate, she conducted legal research and wrote memoranda in various practice areas. During law school, Ms. Cunningham was a student extern for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and was a certified legal intern in the Civil Practice Clinic.
Ms. Cunningham earned her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2009 and her B.A. in political science in 2004 from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. As an undergraduate she was on the board of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honorary Society and was president of the Legal Professions Association. She also served as an intern at the Guilford County District Attorney's Office during the summer of 2004.
Ms. Cunningham currently volunteers with the Indiana Sports Corporation (ISC). In addition, she is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Marion County Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
