Danielle is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department of Edwards Wildman. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark portfolio management, including trademark clearance and prosecution, trademark enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting matters. Danielle also assists with litigation before the federal district courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board on behalf of U.S. based and foreign clients.
•Assists trademark owners in the management of domestic and foreign trademark portfolios, including trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
•Drafts pleadings in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and various federal courts.
•Prepares and responds to discovery requests in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
•Prepares coexistence agreements and trademark licenses.
•Drafts and responds to cease and desist letters.
•Conducts and reviews trademark clearance searches and advises clients on the availability of proposed marks.
•Prepares, files, and prosecutes U.S. trademark applications on behalf of numerous clients in a broad range of industries.
Before Edwards Wildman
Prior to joining Edwards Wildman, Danielle worked as a law clerk in the intellectual property practice group of an AmLaw 100 firm, as well as at an intellectual property boutique firm in New York. During law school, Danielle was the Acquisitions Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and served as a full-time junior fellow for a federal judge in the District of New Jersey.
Besides Edwards Wildman
Danielle enjoys running, yoga, and spending time at the beach. She is an avid fan of Bruce Springsteen and the New York Yankees.
