Danielle Graff has a general corporate commercial practice, assisting a diverse client base of individuals, small businesses, and public corporations with incorporations, corporate governance, contract law, internet and technology law, and regulatory issues. Her experience includes drafting licensing agreements, shareholder agreements, and agreements for the purchase and sale of real property.
Danielle also practices in the area of wills, trusts and estates, with a focus on estate administration.
