Dannae concentrates her practice in employee benefits and executive compensation and tax matters. She counsels clients in incentive compensation arrangements, pensions, ESOPs, 401(k) arrangements and other retirement plans, health and welfare plans and other benefits related matters, including designing, implementing, maintaining and terminating employee benefit and compensation plans, and integrating plans in acquisitions and mergers. Dannae also has considerable experience in qualified retirement plan corrections.
Dannae joined the firm as an Associate in 2005 and was named a Partner in 2011.
