Professional Experience
Dara M. Kurlancheek focuses her practice on patent litigation and interferences with an emphasis on electrical engineering. During law school, Ms. Kurlancheek competed in the American Association for Justice Trial Competition and was a quarterfinalist in the J. Braxton Craven Constitutional Law National Moot Court Competition.
While at The Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Kurlancheek worked at the Penn State Intellectual Property Office where she evaluated inventions for patentability, commercial potential, and marketability.
