Through his representation of various corporations, insurers, and individuals, while serving in a regional counsel role, Darin has developed a broad-based trial and appellate litigation practice in state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. His trial experience, both as lead attorney and assisting attorney, includes the defense of several products liability and general liability matters, the defense of a bank antitrust claim, the defense of the principal contractor and construction manager in matters arising out of the construction of a federal office complex, representation of a client in a complex and lengthy arbitration involving a failed joint venture, the representation of a large insurer in a constitutional claim against one of the State of Nebraska's vendors, and the defense of automobile liability matters. Currently Darin's practice is concentrated in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, general liability, and agricultural products and services.
