Before establishing the firm with Nick Burke in 2007, Darrell Hotchkiss was a partner in the firm of Daschbach, Kelly, Cooper and Hotchkiss, practicing primarily in the areas of commercial real property, business and corporate law. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations.

Darrell has served as a Planning Commission Chairman and Chaired the Board of Directors of the Good Neighbor Health Clinic - a free health and dental clinic for uninsured residents of the Upper Valley. He takes pride in the clinic's success and in the achievements of his scholarship students at Dartmouth College.

While attending the evening division of Georgetown Law, Darrell held a full-time legislative staff position with the U.S. House Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee. He served as a Director of Providian National Bank from its founding in 1980 until its acquisition in 2005.

He is an active Rotarian, a former Lion, and the managing trustee of a small private foundation providing food, clothing, shelter, medical and dental assistance to his less fortunate neighbors.
