David A. Ebby is a partner and vice chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. His practice is national in scope and focuses on commercial real estate. David represents developers and lenders in the areas of acquisition, development, construction and financing. He works on a variety of projects, including retail shopping centers, office towers, hotels, apartment buildings and residential subdivisions. He represents insurance companies in permanent financing, as well as national and regional developers in the leasing, management and operation of high-rise office towers and retail shopping centers. He also has represented clients in real estate litigation, including workouts, foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters and disputes involving brokerage commissions, partnerships and agreements of sale.
In General. David received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Amherst College in 1985 and his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1989. David is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and he is listed in the Pennsylvania Real Estate Sections of The Best Lawyers in America, The International Who's Who of Real Estate Lawyers and Chambers USA Leading Lawyers for Business.
