David Knight practises principally in the areas of securities and mining law. He advises clients on a broad range of securities matters, including public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He represents both issuers and investment dealers on a regular basis. Mr. Knight also represents mining clients on property acquisition and development, including option and joint venture agreements, and has extensive experience in flow-through financing.
