Located in the firm's Jackson office, David A. Norris is a member of the commercial litigation section, and focuses on the areas of bankruptcy, business, and consumer-oriented litigation and appellate advocacy. David practices extensively in both Alabama and Mississippi, where he regularly defends national and state banks, credit card issuers, consumer finance companies, manufacturers, and retailers in state and federal courts and in arbitration. David serves on the amicus curiae committee of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and on the editorial board of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He is known for utilizing innovative litigation strategies and tailoring the use of technology to serve the individual needs of his clients.
