David has handled matters involving all types of construction disputes and defects, surety, banking and finance, banking litigation, commercial disputes, insurance, employment, contract claims and personal injury. He also advises construction companies, owners and lenders in their day-to-day activities, including drafting and negotiating contracts, dispute resolution and strategic planning.
David has trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas.
