| Biography | David Perry focuses his practice on patent litigation. He has extensive experience litigating patent disputes in federal court and the International Trade Commission. Mr. Perry has represented companies in a diverse range of technologies, including semiconductor processing technology, semiconductor packaging, cellular telephones, high-speed modems, DRAM memory chips and portable media players. He has also counseled clients on patent issues involving technologies related to personal computers, cellular communications, copiers and global positioning systems.
