| Biography | David Jenkins focuses his practice in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications for mechanical and electronic arts, infringement and validity studies, domain name issues and disputes, assistance with patent litigation, and trademark and copyright matters. Prior to attending law school, he served for three years at the Kennedy Space Center, where he participated in over 25 space shuttle launches. Additionally, David is a former law clerk to the Honorable Frederick P. Stamp, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
