Financial institutions, healthcare entities and media organizations are among the clients that David Scott has assisted in complex and civil commercial litigation. Currently, David is involved in the defense of claims brought against banks and financial institutions under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA).
He has advised healthcare entities on a variety of issues, including on matters pertaining to healthcare fraud and abuse. David also has assisted in the representation of media organizations in matters involving to the Freedom of Information Act, public records, and open meetings issues.
