David D. Blaine, a partner in the firm's Employment Counseling and Litigation department, has litigated a broad array of employment cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, breach of contract, compliance and harassment. Building on this experience, David provides counseling services for businesses related to employment law matters. Through effective employment and labor counseling, he helps business clients avoid future employment law disputes and costly employment litigation. In 2006, David spearheaded the KDG Human Resources Solutions division and has developed it into a successful business that provides clients with timely, accurate, affordable advice and training on human resource and employment law issues.
