David's 35-year legal career has run the gamut from defending national product manufacturers, insurers and public entities to severely-injured personal injury plaintiffs. Before practicing law, David served as a Claim Manager for Allstate Insurance Company supervising litigation throughout Northern California. His experience as an insurance professional has served him well over the last three decades while defending bad faith actions and acting as coverage counsel. But above all, David is a trial attorney.
David has deep roots in the local community, owning a local business while practicing law here in Auburn. His commitment to the betterment of the community is evidenced by his participation in local trade and service organizations. Claim Manager, B Allstate Insurance Co., 1960-1968.
