David E. Warren

David E. Warren is Counsel in Verrill Dana's Business Law Department. He served as Managing Partner of the firm for more than 14 years. David practices in the general corporate and transactional areas, serving as General Counsel to numerous Maine corporations, including large institutional clients as well as smaller, closely-held Maine businesses.

David was inducted into the Maine Business Hall of Fame in 2004, and received the Alton Cianchette Business Hall of Fame Award from the Maine State Chamber of Commerce in 2005. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America ® as one of Maine’s leading attorneys in the field of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
