BurchAssociate Mr. Burch has experience litigating a wide array of matters, including disputes with the New York State Department of Taxation & Financing, real property tax disputes, contract disputes, ERISA litigation, bankruptcy matters, and unfair competition litigation, for individuals, small businesses, and major international corporations. In addition, he is an experienced advisor to businesses on matters relating to maximization of available benefits under the New York State Empire Zones Program, the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program, the New Markets Tax Credit Program, as well as other development incentives. Mr. Burch also counsels clients with regard to the formation of business entities, asset and stock transactions, and numerous other types of business transactions.
