Dave is an active member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He and his colleagues at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP serve all of their clients' needs in connection with their intellectual property assets. They assist clients in establishing maintaining and enforcing intellectual property portfolios of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Chip Designs, Domain Names and other IP rights. Edwards & Angell, LLP Before Edwards Wildman After working as a chemical engineer at DuPont, Dave served as a patent examiner for four years. Dave then served two years as a technical advisor to Judge Baldwin at the CCPA, predecessor court to the Federal Circuit. Before joining the Firm, Dave was a partner at Dike Bronstein Roberts & Cushman, one of the oldest patent firms in the country. Besides Edwards Wildman Dave has served as Town Moderator for the Town of Nahant, Massachusetts since 1991. Prior to that, he was a member of the Nahant Finance & Advisory Committee. Dave has also served as President of Catholic Family Services and as a Trustee of the Archdiocese of Boston Catholic Charities.
