Dave is an active member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He and his colleagues at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP serve all of their clients' needs in connection with their intellectual property assets. They assist clients in establishing maintaining and enforcing intellectual property portfolios of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Chip Designs, Domain Names and other IP rights. The group has a wealth of experience in prosecution, litigation and management of IP rights. Dave is co-chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. The group blends the technological knowledge of engineers and scientists with trial practice skills and experience to provide an optimum approach to intellectual property litigation. Dave then served two years as a technical advisor to Judge Baldwin at the CCPA, predecessor court to the Federal Circuit. Before joining the Firm, Dave was a partner at Dike Bronstein Roberts & Cushman, one of the oldest patent firms in the country. Besides Edwards Wildman Dave has served as Town Moderator for the Town of Nahant, Massachusetts since 1991. Prior to that, he was a member of the Nahant Finance & Advisory Committee. Dave has also served as President of Catholic Family Services and as a Trustee of the Archdiocese of Boston Catholic Charities. For fun, Dave is a jazz bassist, with one CD to his credit, and he sings tenor with the Apollo Club of Boston.
