| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Kern's practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, risk management and liability defense. Additionally, he handles matters concerning business torts, foreclosure actions, construction litigation, disability insurance defense, transportation and maritime litigation, and personal injury litigation. He frequently counsels clients on risk management and risk avoidance issues with respect to business litigation contract, product liability and insurance matters. His experience includes trials, mediations, and appellate practice in federal and state court. He has partnered with a wide range of clients, including major corporations nationwide. Before entering private practice, Mr. Kern served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office and as an Associate Solicitor for the State of Ohio's Major Appeals Group. |
