Partner, Litigation Department Chair, Bankruptcy & Reorganization Practice Group Practice Focus Mr. Bruck's practice is devoted in large part to the bankruptcy, reorganization and insolvency areas of the law. Included within this area is restructuring, financial planning, out of court workouts, state court receiverships and federal bankruptcies. His practice is, in part, transactional and, in part, litigation. During the early years of his practice, he spent considerable time in commercial foreclosures and real estate related transactions, developing a broad understanding of the interaction between borrowers, guarantors and lenders. Subsequently, his practice expanded to involve a broader range of commercial matters. Mr. Bruck is also involved in representing clients in partnership and shareholder disputes. He represents Chapter 11 debtors and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings.
