Civil litigation composes David Hansen's primary practice as an associate at Bernkopf Goodman. He has experience in landlord tenant disputes, defending and prosecuting collection cases, condominium law, title insurance litigation, and complex business disputes. These disputes range from handling small claims to helping achieve multi-million dollar results for clients. Mr. Hansen has appeared in various judicial forums including Federal District Court, Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court, and in arbitration matters.
Before joining Bernkopf Goodman, Mr. Hansen served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court which provided him a unique opportunity to work directly with judges and gain a thorough understanding of the judicial process in Massachusetts. This experience is applied in every case at each stage of the pending litigation.
