Representing clients in all phases of litigation, David frequently handles business litigation matters involving premise liability issues, contract disputes and collections.
David's practice also includes construction and transportation litigation. He acts as national counsel for a Fortune 500 transportation service provider. As national counsel, David coordinates and directs litigation across the United States and Canada and has extensive experience in handling cargo loss and damage claims for motor carriers. Additionally, David represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of construction litigation ranging from filing mechanic's liens and making bond claims to litigating claims for defective work.
David has first-chaired four bench trials and has second-chaired two jury and two bench trials. He has participated in more than 50 mediations in the past five years as part of his transportation litigation practice.

Experience
· Successfully defended retail management company in bench trial involving claims that a customer was injured due to alleged dangerous parking lot conditions. The judge ruled in favor of the defendants on all claims.

· Represented property owner in dispute with adjacent quarry over alleged property damage due to discharge and runoff from quarry. Achieved favorable settlement on behalf of plaintiff after only three days of three-week jury trial.
· Represents commercial cleaning franchise in breach of contract, employment and non-compete disputes.
