David M. Garten concentrates his practice in the areas of Probate, Trust and Guardianship Litigation. Mr. Garten is a member of the Executive Counsel of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar ("RPPTL"), and a Member of the following Committees: Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate Law & Procedure, and Trust Law. Mr. Garten is Chairperson of the Probate/Guardianship Practice Committee and a Member of the CLE Estate and Probate Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Garten is a Member of the Estate and Trust Litigation and Controversy Committee of the American Bar Association. Mr. Garten has been awarded the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell, and has been listed in the 2004 through 2008 editions of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Garten received his B.S. from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and his J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
