David Fornshell is the Prosecuting Attorney for Warren County, Ohio. David is also a former partner in the Litigation Department and currently is Of Counsel with the firm. David's practice focuses on the representation of public and private clients in complex federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and mediations involving breaches of contract, professional malpractice claims, fiduciary litigation, business torts, employer/employee disputes, trade secret disputes, enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, consumer claims, and lending/foreclosure disputes. David has extensive federal and state court trial experience and has argued cases before the Ohio Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeal. He also regularly advises public and private clients concerning federal, state and local governmental and regulatory issues.
