David S. Abramson

David specializes in the litigation of complex domestic relations cases. He has successfully prosecuted, defended and counseled his clients in both Maine state and federal courts in family law matters involving the equitable distribution of real estate and personal property interests, retirement and pension assets, and the valuation of business interests. David has also litigated contested custody cases including international child abduction cases litigated in federal court under the Hague Convention in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In addition to being well-respected as a family law practitioner David is a certified player agent with Major League Baseball Players Association.
