David Jachimowicz is an associate in our Business Law group in Toronto.
Mr. Jachimowicz obtained a B.Com in Finance and Economics from McGill University in 2002, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in 2008, and an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. He has also completed Levels 1 through 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Mr. Jachimowicz practiced with the leveraged finance group in the New York office of a major international law firm. He also maintained an active pro bono practice representing asylum-seekers in the United States.
Mr. Jachimowicz was admitted to the New York bar in 2009 and the Ontario bar in 2011. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association.
