Professional Experience
Mr. Moran is a litigator with a wide range of substantive experience, including intellectual property litigation, complex business litigation, class action defense, employment litigation, and health care litigation.
Mr. Moran has experience in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He is a member of the firm's intellectual property and sports law practice groups.
