David Teo Shih Yee practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, with a special focus on tax advisory practice and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include shipyard owners, ship owners and charterers, industrial testers/certifiers and hospital and hotel developers. He also advises charities, institutions of public character (IPC) and non-profit organizations.
David graduated with an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore in 2002, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in July 2003. He also was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2005.
David completed the final examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and also holds a B.Sc. (Upper Second Class Hons.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
David speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
