David Arrojo represents insurance providers, banks, consumer finance companies, and other business entities facing complex commercial and white collar litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He counsels clients on internal investigations and government investigations by agencies like the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). David also routinely advises clients on compliance and litigation strategies relating to proposed and existing legislation.
David serves on the Washington office's Hiring Committee, and is also a member of the Associates Committee.
A former member of the firm's Summer Associate Program, David previously worked for the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., in the Tax Division and later as a summer law intern with the Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John D. Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
