Biography

David has an extensive real estate practice in Ames. He has been involved in a number of significant commercial and residential real estate development projects in Ames and Central Iowa; assisted clients in the sale and purchase of farmland throughout Iowa; and worked on the development, management, and expansion of continuing care retirement communities. Along with his real estate practice, he spends a significant portion of his time assisting clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust settlement, tax planning, and charitable giving.
