| Biography | David concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. He has litigated extensively in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., with substantial involvement in the defense of class actions litigation. He has broad experience litigating complex business disputes with an emphasis on representing parties in large cases involving commercial fraud claims, contractual disputes, toxic tort actions, environmental disputes, insurance coverage matters, ERISA claims, professional liability claims and real estate disputes. David also has actively litigated several federal multi-district commercial cases, including a substantial class action relating to the failure of several municipal bond projects and a complex securities/mortgage pool fraud claim.
