David Thompson is a member in the firm's Cleveland office. He focuses his practice on consumer finance compliance and litigation that affect banks, finance companies and mortgage lenders and brokers, with an emphasis on the federal and state laws that govern residential mortgage lending, automobile financing and credit card lending.
David has also written articles and is a frequent speaker on consumer finance related topics.
He previously served as Vice President and Counsel of Fleet Financial Group, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts.
