Practice Area And Professional Expertise

· Joined the Firm in 1997.

· Mr. Woodburn serves as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.

· Prior to joining Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP, Mr. Woodburn was an associate in the law firm of Nicholas T. George & Associates, which merged with Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP in 1997.

· Focuses his practice in all facets of trusts and estates, estate administration, estate planning, guardianships, probate litigation (including will and trust contests and actions for intentional interference with an inheritance) and related tax issues.

· Represents clients in residential and commercial sales transactions, commercial leases, and construction disputes.

· He was Associate Editor of the Akron Law Review from 1995-1996.

· Listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2007 - 2012).
