We concentrate on employment-based cases for highly skilled foreign workers, including physicians, scientists, corporate managers and executives, engineers, computer professionals, artists and entertainers, and others; H-1B specialty worker and L-1 international executive visas, alien employment certification from the U.S. Department of Labor as well as national interest waivers of the labor certification requirement; waivers of the two-year foreign residence requirement for physicians; defending corporations from charges of knowingly employing unauthorized workers; and, complex deportation matters, including administrative trials and appeals and federal court litigation.
