I have utilized their services on several occasions, for various matters, and have been satisfied with their services in all instances. They are quick to respond, sensitive to our situation and needs, courteous and respectful. The lawyers are knowledgable in their fields of expertise. We have been very satisfied with Davis Miles.

We use them through Prepaid Legal Services. We pay a monthly fee to get legal advice; mostly over the phone.

They seemed to always be in a hurry and rush. The person I remember talking with was very short and abrupt. Straight to the point. I wished they would take more time to make you feel comfortable.

I used them because they are my state's law firm for Pre-Paid Legal. My issue involved the jurisdictions of three different states so they efficiently referred me to the Pre-Paid Legal firms in those two other states.

They are the assigned firm for my prepaid legal membership. It was a bit difficult to connect with my assigned attorney by phone but once I did I was satisfied with the result.

Initial court appearance lawyer just off 2 week vacation and was clueless on my defense. Was more interested in quoting me on how expensive he was, if I took to trial, rather than simply settling NOW.

The lawyers and paralegals at Davis Miles are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to my situation regarding the short sale of our home. They handled everything with the realtor and the bank, making it virtually effortless for us to go through this normally complicated transaction. I highly recommend them.

The attorneys often only site laws that one can read and interpret with a standard dictionary they don't generally give advice unless you are in some sort of predicament.

My attorney lost my case for spousal support when the opposing party did not provide bank statements. I am positive that his mother is giving him at least $1,000 a month.He lied under oath saying he did not get money from mother. My soon to be X is an engineer who is unemployed. His salary is from $60,000 to $100,000. My salary is $40,000. I have a restraining order for the second year.
I just filed BK and can not afford to pay for stupid services such as $420 to deliver spousal support  ...More
