Biography

Dawn Miller is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She practices in the Environmental & Natural Resources and Health Care practice groups. Her practice involves litigation and client counseling under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental statutes. Dawn also has experience counseling clients in a variety of health care regulatory and compliance contexts, including managed care and employee benefits issues.

Dawn received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While at the University of Virginia, Dawn directly advocated for clients through her work with the Supreme Court Clinic and Immigration Clinic. She was also a recipient of the 2010 Virginia State Bar Family Law Book Award. Dawn received her B.A. in American Studies and Politics from Brandeis University, graduating summa cum laude, with highest honors.
