De Haan & Mulder is focussing on representation of foreign companies and individuals in Spain, as well as Spanish companies and individuals outside Spain. We seek to 'bridge" legal, linguistic and cultural differences in a European and global business environment that is becoming more and more internationalized and integrated. Its partners are lawyers admitted to practice in both Spain and Netherlands and therefore not limited to the jurisdiction of one country. The firm was founded, because its partners felt they could best capitalize on their knowledge and experience in the international field by merging their practices. The firm counts with clients from most European countries, as well as the USA and Japan.
