| Biography | Dean Andrew Dellinger has been practicing Workers' Compensation law for seven years and counsels businesses, TPA's, insurers and self-insurers throughout Georgia. He has personally handled all aspects of workers' compensation claims, representing clients from the trial level through the appeals process, as well as engaging in settlement mediations. In addition, he has extensive experience mitigating exposure related to Medicare Set Asides (MSAs) and associated compliance issues.
After taking and defending hundreds of claimant depositions, he has become well-versed with businesses in the trucking industry, health care providers, manufacturers, retailers, employee leasing companies and the hospitality industry. He has taken and defended dozens of expert witness depositions including physicians and toxicologists.
He works closely with Risk Managers, Human Resource Managers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and Claims Adjusters to develop a plan to resolve and close the file quickly and efficiently.
