Professional Experience Dean M. Cordiano has more than 30 years of experience trying and arbitrating complex securities, commercial and environmental cases. He has tried and arbitrated more than 50 cases to judgment. Dean has experience with cutting-edge environmental cases and has won three verdicts in multimillion-dollar cost-recovery actions, as well as defending complex commercial and business lawsuits. Dean has also conducted numerous arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
