The firm was founded in 1971 by Charles W. Deaner and J. Douglas Deaner. The firm presently has five attorneys with a fully staffed office in Las Vegas, serving Nevada, national and international clients. Charles W. Deaner, the firm's senior partner, has practiced in Las Vegas since 1953, and was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 1981 (the first attorney in Nevada so honored). The firm provides a wide range of legal services to address the pressing needs of local and national clients. The firm has extensive experience representing business clients, particularly in all aspects of real estate law. The firm encourages and supports all partners' and associates' participation in government and civic affairs, as well as bar association and educational activities.
