Deener, Hirsch & Shramenko, P.C. was founded in 1980 by Jerome A. Deener. The firm specializes in all Federal and State income, gift and estate tax matters, including Internal Revenue Service controversies. All tax members of the firm have participated in or received LL.M degrees in taxation. All partners and associates conduct legal education seminars for attorneys, accountants and other professional groups. All attorneys participate in professional association activities. The firm sponsors a monthly tax seminar series for CPAs, CLUs, CFPs and Attorneys other tax professionals for which the firm is an approved sponsor for CPE credits. Firm members and associates have authored numerous articles on tax-related subjects for publication in various professional journals.
