Deepak Nanda

Deepak Nanda is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm's Transactional & Securities, International, and Private Equity & Venture Capital Practices. Mr. Nanda focuses on corporate and securities matters, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings of debt and equity, ongoing compliance and regulatory matters for public companies, and raising capital for emerging growth companies. He also practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation and corporate governance, and general business counseling and strategic planning.

Mr. Nanda is admitted to practice in California, and is a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of California.

Recently, Mr. Nanda was named a 2007 Southern California "Rising Star" by Law & Politics Media, Inc.

Mr. Nanda received his B.A. degree, cum laude, in 1993 from the University of California at Irvine (where he was a member, Order of Merit). His J.D. degree was conferred in 1997 by Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
